Return Policy
Goods once dispatched against confirmed orders can not be returned. However the complaint if any will be considered with due importance and redressal measures will be taken by mutual discussion. All rights reserved by the company.
Refund Policy
Refund can only be made if the order is cancelled for acceptable causes and in any unforeseen circumstances within 48 hours of placing the order. Refund would be made through the same route of banking channel for any remittance received. Bank charges will be deducted from the amount received against the order. Amount will be refunded in 14 working days.
